All Vedic Teas cast iron teapots (Tetsubin) include infusers (strainers). Use of correct size of infusers allow whole leaf tea leaves to unfurl producing superior steeping. Pre heating the cast iron teapot with hot water will hold temperature for up to 1/2 an hour. Also they are excellent addition to your tableware.
With proper care, this teapot will last a lifetime. Hand Wash Only.

How to use Cast Iron Teapots?

All types of teas can be used simply add the proper quantity of tea leaves in the infuser and steep it for required time. Once steeping is done you may remove the infuser or leave in the teapot for stronger infusion. Your tea is ready to be poured.

How can I Take Care My Cast Iron Teapots?

Always clean teapot after every use and air dry. Cast iron teapots are not dishwasher safe. Dishwasher detergents are very caustic and will damage outside colours and enamel coatings. 


Can I Place a Cast Iron Teapot On a Stove (Stovetop)?

You cannot place a Cast Iron teapot on a stove. The inside enamel coating will separate with high temperature, follow the guidelines included in the packaging.

How Long Does Cast Iron Teapots Keep Tea Warm?

Pre heating the cast iron teapot with hot water will hold temperature for up to 1/2 an hour. The use of a cast iron teapot warmer will enhance your aesthetic look and while keeping your tea warm for a longer period of time.
