By using matcha powder 100% of the tea leaf is consumed, with no nutrients such as amino acids lost in the brewing process. The deeper the green colour of matcha, the more delicate taste is produced.

Tip, a little spoon goes a very long way. No chalky taste like supermarket blends. Deep, rich green tea flavour without any bitterness.
