The Yoga tea combines spicy tangs of cinnamon, ginger, peppercorn, cardamom and cloves with the rich floral aromas of safflower and mallow flowers. The inclusion of hawthorn adds a tartness to the flavor as well as bringing an extra something special to our Yoga tea. Hawthorn is said to be hugely beneficial to heart health, having been used in herbal remedies for centuries. This makes it an ideal ingredient for a tea that is dedicated to the heart chakra. Cinnamon and ginger provide the overriding flavour of the Yoga tea. These sweet spices are perfect for transforming either a simple black or green tea into a delicious, powerful heart chakra infusion.
Our Yoga tea should be steeped for five to ten minutes in water that is 100 degrees Celsius (or 212 degrees Fahrenheit) to allow the cinnamon, ginger and floral flavours to fully develop. This sweet, spicy tea is completely caffeine free, making it perfect for gently opening up your heart chakra and allowing its power to fully flourish. It’s time to look deep within and break down the barriers around your heart.
