Heaven Scent
My first thought upon opening the bag and breathing in the fragrance was that heaven had come down to earth. I am beginning to suspect that Vedic teas are not just there to tickle your tongue's tastebuds, but are more of a full-body experience. Certainly they are taking my love of tea to a whole new level, plus they are truly connecting me closer to nature as I appreciate this gift of nourishing sensual pleasure coming from the womb of the earth. I also appreciate that delicate hands must have taken care in the making of this tea, for why else would it create such an impact on mind, body and heart. By the way, it tastes delicious also, though for some strange reason it reminds me of one of my first tea loves that had a caramel flavour, which I purchased from a small shop in Osborne Village, Winnipeg. A time of a young and creative heart, sipping teas and sewing.
