We've created an extraordinary blend of Black tea CTC, ginger pieces, cocoa pieces, cinnamon pieces, cloves, cardamom, anise star, chili flakes, red peppercorns, and a touch of natural and artificial flavours, and the result is a chocolatey, spicy, and sweet taste sensation we call Chocolate Chilli Chai. With each sip, you'll be treated to a symphony of flavours thanks to the superb balance between the chocolate's richness, the spice's warmth, and the enticing kick of chile in this infusion.

Black tea CTC from Assam, known for its strength and revitalizing effects, serves as the base for this blend. It's the backbone of the tea, giving it body and depth to go with the unusual spices and flavours. Pieces of ginger give a zesty, revitalizing kick that elevates the blend as a whole. Cocoa nibs impart a rich and decadent chocolatey flavour, reminiscent of the best chocolate. The essence of sumptuous velvet may be tasted in every sip.

Pieces of cinnamon add a calming and aromatic touch to the tea, giving it a feeling of home and comfort. The addition of cloves and cardamom gives the tea an unusual and aromatic boost, making it more aromatic and flavorful. The enticing sweetness of the anise star elevates the entire experience. Each mouthful brings a rush of adrenaline thanks to the fiery chili flakes and scarlet peppercorns.

Caffeine levels

Steeping Guidelines
Water Temperature: 212 °F  or 100 °C
Steeping time: 5 minutes
Suggested serving size: 1- 2 teaspoon/250ml or 8oz
1. Take a pot bring fresh cold water to a boil.
2. For each cup of Chai, add 1-2 heaping teaspoons of Chai leaves to the boiled water. Bring the water back to a boil and add milk, keeping the ratio of milk to water the same.
3. Boil the water, milk and chai for 3 minutes. If not strong enough, let it steep for an additional 2-3 minutes. -Add sweetener to create an exquisite taste experience that is delightfully unique to chai.
4. Strain and Serve.
