We made Earl Grey de la Crème in our chocolate studio. We use cocoa nibs from Peru and Columbia to make our chocolate. These areas are known for having cocoa that tastes naturally balanced. We hand-adjust each batch and taste test so that the process stays close and the beans' flavours come through at their best. It's a simple, hands-on way to bring out the chocolate's flavour.
The ingredients in this bar are organic cocoa nibs, raw organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, and Earl Grey de la Crème tea. It is made with 70% dark chocolate. The tea blend has black tea, cornflower petals, and natural flavours that were added during the refining stage so that they mix well with the chocolate. The bergamot note is soft and creamy, and it goes well with the cocoa instead of overpowering it.
The finished bar has a clear, balanced shape and taste. It starts with rich chocolate and ends with a soft Earl Grey flavour that stays with you. It's simple, well-known, and easy to enjoy whether you like tea, dark chocolate, or both. Earl Grey de la Crème combines two classic flavours in a clean, thoughtful way, using ingredients you can trust and craftsmanship you can taste.
