Oh Jasmine was born in our chocolate studio. We make organic chocolate here using cocoa nibs that are grown in Peru and Columbia. We tweak each batch so that the process stays hands-on and the cocoa's natural flavour comes out the finest. There are a few easy steps that let the chocolate's flavour shine through.
The chocolate bar is made up of 70% organic cocoa, raw organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, and jasmine tea (a mix of organic green tea and a natural jasmine flavour). Keeping our ingredients simple. Adding the tea to the chocolate while it's still being refined makes sure that the two flavours mix perfectly. The tea gives the chocolate a light jasmine scent that goes well with it without overpowering it.
Because of our process, the dark chocolate is smooth, well-balanced, and tasty. The subtle flowery aroma of jasmine goes well with cocoa's deep, earthy overtones. It's a simple idea that is carried out perfectly: fresh nibs, careful sourcing, and a flavour that is familiar yet a little different. Oh Jasmine is the perfect bar for people who like dark chocolate with a hint of flowers and who value honesty.
