The Yoga tea combines spicy tangs of cinnamon, ginger, peppercorn, cardamom and cloves with the rich floral aromas of safflower and mallow flowers. Our Yoga tea should be steeped for five to ten minutes in water that is 100 degrees Celsius (or 212 degrees Fahrenheit) to allow the cinnamon, ginger and floral flavours to fully develop. This sweet, spicy tea is completely caffeine free, making it perfect for gently opening up your heart chakra and allowing its power to fully flourish.
