You'll be whisked away to the Malabar Coast with one sip of this wonderful infusion, with its rich flavour profile that brilliantly exhibits creamy coconut overtones combined with an array of harmonic spices.

Caffeine-free Rooibos was chosen for its soothing and calming qualities and forms the basis of this blend. It's the bedrock of the tea, the earthy richness upon which the other flavours can flourish. The introduction of apple bits enhances the overall flavour profile by contributing a mild fruity sweetness. Pieces of coconut add a creamy, tropical flavour that is reminiscent of the delicious flavours of fresh coconut. The flavour of a tropical paradise is captured in every sip.

Pieces of cinnamon offer a soothing and warming flavour to the blend, making it more enjoyable and complex to taste. Cardamom enhances the tea with its appealing spice and fragrant aroma. The nutty and toasty almond chunks elevate the overall flavour character. Pieces of ginger offer a delightfully spicy flavour and a stimulating aroma. Each sip is infused with excitement thanks to the addition of black peppercorns.

Caffeine levels

Steeping Guidelines
Water Temperature: 212 °F  or 100 °C
Steeping time: 5 minutes
Suggested serving size: 1- 2 teaspoon/250ml or 8oz
1. Take a pot bring fresh cold water to a boil.
2. For each cup of Chai, add 1-2 heaping teaspoons of Chai leaves to the boiled water. Bring the water back to a boil and add milk, keeping the ratio of milk to water the same.
3. Boil the water, milk and chai for 3 minutes. If not strong enough, let it steep for an additional 2-3 minutes. -Add sweetener to create an exquisite taste experience that is delightfully unique to chai.
4. Strain and Serve.
